A month ago I didn’t know how to crochet… and now I’m standing here wearing my very first handmade cardigan 🧶💗

My hexi cardi is finally finished and I honestly couldn’t be prouder of myself. Every stitch is a little reminder of patience, learning, and sticking with something even when it’s new and challenging.

This one feels extra special 🤍 I finished it just in time for my nan’s birthday this week… and I know she’d be proud of me 🥹👼🏼

From absolute beginner to making my own clothing in just a month, this is your reminder that you can start anything at any time ✨

National Handmade Day 🧶

Creating has always been a part of who I am. There’s something truly special about holding a piece in your hands that you’ve made from start to finish, watching it come to life bit by bit. The sense of pride and joy that comes with it is unmatched.

Right now, I’m working on this cardigan. It’s taking a little longer than I’d hoped due to some health challenges, but every time I pick it up, it grows a little more, and I’m completely in love with how it’s turning out.

I honestly can’t wait to see it all pieced together and finished properly. Considering I didn’t even know how to crochet 3 weeks ago… I think I’m doing pretty alright 🥹✨
