Some work recently completed at a shop in Stratford Upon Avon.

Kitchen area added, wall, door and sink area.

Stage area built and Karndean flooring.

High level painting, so customer could just do low level.

Various MDF cladding and pipe boxing.

Repeat customer, with more work booked in 👌🏻

Just tidied up this 4 bedroom cottage 😂

Repaired lovely old door, as with old timber it will out live today’s like for like.

Made a pair of new doors for the right side.

Brickwork repaired and pointed.

Brickwork painted with Sandtex black and white.

Doors and frames painted with Zinsser All Coat satin black.

Last pic ‘AI’ just to show how it might look in the future.

Patio Refurbishment

Jet washed

All vegetation removed from joints

Pointed by hand, fully filled joints with 4 to 1 sharp sand mix.

Weather stopped play, but this coming week, will be completed with finishing pictures to follow

Some cottage repairs, alterations and a complete refresh.

New wardrobes built onto plinth to compensate the slope of floor.

Fully painted

New sockets and switches

New lighting fittings

Original door repairs

Even fitted curtain track, left everything immaculate for carpet fitting.
Return next week to level wardrobe doors after settling.

Lovely repeat customer, more work priced and booked in for near future.

A little of this week, chimney re-potted and mortared.

Some coal house refurbishments.

New door made from scratch.

More rain, but at least its a better temperature 👌🏻

So today we started chimney reduction. Its way higher than it needs to be, unstable pots and cracked brickwork.

When I quoted this, the customer asked how much it would cost.

‘I said nothing, it’s on the house’

Commercial shower room done this week. Shower will be fitted in next few weeks. Toilet and sink up-cycled 😉
