Didn’t get a before, but new fascia, soffit and black gutter to front and rear.

Paint flaking from timber, leaky cast gutter and downpipes gone.
Customer super happy 👌🏻

This is proving to be quite a big job with rotten timbers, squirrel lodgers and just years of neglect.
My customer of many years has recently bought this property to bring it back to life and give it the love it deserves.
The roof is being completely replaced, with GD’s working alongside to replace all required timbers, lead tray areas and then cover with beautiful black grained upvc fascia and soffit, along with all new guttering.
This will make the property look pristine for many many years to come with very little maintenance required in the future.
The house has already had new windows and will also be fully rendered.

Really looking forward to seeing the finished property in it’s glory with all the other trades involved.

GD’s were bought onboard to not only do the above works but also take charge of the other trades and give the job some direction.
First few days were shall we say ‘unusual’ but over the last few weeks it’s been ticking along quite well.
Weather has been a scorcher, but perfect for exposing roof areas.

Will bring more photos over the coming weeks as we are now more onto the plastics making it look 👌🏻

GD’s continue to be busy with a healthy diary because we simply do our best to please and do things to the best of our ability with care, consistency and consideration at all times.

Little job squeezed in for this kitchen revamp for repeat customer.
Customer had cabinet fronts repainted.
Just needed the worktops bringing back to life.

🟢All oak worktops sanded with dust extraction.
🟢Sink replaced with shiny new white porcelain.
🟢All coated with Food Safe Osmo oil.

All finished, never built a bar and wine rack before from scratch.
Customer loves it, delivered exactly what they wanted.

They will hopefully be partying when England play Wednesday night 🤩

Recent cellar facelift.

🟢 Repaint in lovely deep blue
🟢 Double door cupboard
🟢 Karndean floor fitted
🟢 Wine rack made
🟢 Bar made with family table top used for bar top 👌🏻
🟢 LED lights
Almost complete, just some snagging bits to complete.
As always customer delighted.

Some work recently completed at a shop in Stratford Upon Avon.

Kitchen area added, wall, door and sink area.

Stage area built and Karndean flooring.

High level painting, so customer could just do low level.

Various MDF cladding and pipe boxing.

Repeat customer, with more work booked in 👌🏻

Just tidied up this 4 bedroom cottage 😂

Repaired lovely old door, as with old timber it will out live today’s like for like.

Made a pair of new doors for the right side.

Brickwork repaired and pointed.

Brickwork painted with Sandtex black and white.

Doors and frames painted with Zinsser All Coat satin black.
