🎂Will any fibres get on the cake?
No! I use cotton yarn which has very little fuzz, unlike acrylic yarn. I lint roll every piece while packaging to remove any loose yarn strands/fibres, dust etc.

🎂Is this flammable?
Yes, like many card/paper cake toppers available to purchase, these should be kept away from naked flames and lit candles. Every topper will include safe use instructions.

I am still having a play around with the sticks to put into the cake so these aren't ready to purchase just yet! I have also just bought a full sized birthday cake to test my topper size & proportions😆

Once ready to buy, if these have interest, id be looking at making other options too, I have already made a couple of designs ready😉

I'm considering adding themed party bag kits to my small business and would love some honest feedback from parents.

The idea would be that you choose your theme and the number of children attending. I'd supply the exact quantity needed for each party bag, plus the party bags themselves.
For example, a bow themed kit might include things like a bow lollipop card holder, notebook, pen, bracelet & stickers.
Rather than lots of plastic toys that get thrown away & are noisy, I'd include items children are more likely to actually use. Id be using paper bags & the reusable larger sort, not the plasticy bags that are "main" party bags.
You would simply pop the items into the supplied bags yourself.
Would this be something you'd buy for a child's party? What sort of price would you expect to pay per bag?

Being a handmade business owner isnt just making pretty pieces, its a lot of night time designing, lots of coffee, working during nap time & a whole lot of trial and error.

Every order is designed, made, shaped & packaged by me, around school runs, snacktimes & a baby who thinks my i cords are a toy🤣

PS, all of these unhinged "admissions" are 100% true🤣

Every piece you see from CA Wooly Makes is handmade by me from start to finish.
Unlike mass-produced decorations, each item is individually knitted, wired, shaped, adjusted and finished by hand. Whether it's a personalised name, birthday banner, bow, balloon or keepsake piece, no two items are exactly the same.
As a small business (and a busy mum!), I carefully make each order with love and attention to detail to ensure it's something you'll treasure for years to come.
Because of this, my turnaround time may be a little longer than some larger shops, but it means you're receiving a truly handmade piece created especially for you. 💕
