A customer contacted me the other day as they could not open their front door, it was jammed shut!

I attended the property and opened the door.

The gearbox had failed, stopping the handle from operating the multipoint.

Once I Replaced the gearbox and adjusted the door, it worked like new.

Had a call from a customer who could not secure their front door.

When on site, it was apparent the gearbox had failed.

I Replaced the gearbox and because the old cylinder was worn and they only had one key, i also replaced that as well.

Customer was happy they could secure their front door again.

I was contacted by a local developer to assist with opening a roadside cabinet.

An engineer had snapped a key in the lock and they couldn't gain access to the cabinet.

I attended site and removed the jammed key, I opened the cabinet to find the hinges were bent out of place, stopping the doors from opening correctly.

I repaired the hinges and bent the doors back into their original shape.

Now the roadside cabinet can be used as intended.

Attended a property where a customer could not secure their ground floor window 🪟.

As you can see, The handle and gearbox had failed. I Replaced the gearbox and fitted a new handle.

Now the window is secure as works as it should!

Flipout in Basingstoke contacted me with an issue with their front entrance door.

The door was a safety concern as the bottom pivot had failed, The door could not be used.

I replaced the bottom pivot and plate, I also adjusted the door closer as it was slamming.

Had a phone call from a panicked customer that was locked out.

Customer had left their keys inside the property with all other doors locked shut.

I used a non destructive method to gain entry which saved the customer from needing a new lock.

I recently attended an emergency out of hours job.

My customer was locked out as the rear bi fold door handle no longer opened the door.
They were dog sitting so the poor dog was stuck inside.
I gained entry through the sashlock and had the door open in minutes. The spindle in the handle was too short and had shifted back into the inside handle.
I installed a new spindle and serviced the lock.

That's one happy customer and one happy dog!

We were called out today to open a safe.

The customers code no longer worked and they couldn't find their override key.
Fortunately for them we had availability and attended the property the same day.

We opened the safe using non destructive means which saved the customer money by not having to buy a new safe.

Today we were called out to a composite front door that was not closing correctly.

After an inspection, It turns out the hinges had failed which no longer held the door in the correct position to close smoothly.

Luckily we had the parts needed to fix the issue on the van so went ahead and changed the hinges.

Once the new hinges were installed and with a little adjustment, the door lined up and closed smoothly.

We've recently been asked to attend a development in Basingstoke that had an issue with a door not closing correctly.
