Started a big job this week , 5 ensuite bedrooms luxury air BnB, large living space with open plan kitchen and separate cloakroom. First coated and finished ceilings yesterday with the paint sprayer, first time I've had it out in a while and you forget how ridiculously quick you can put paint on with them!

It's very rare I get a job where all the tools come our of the van but this is one of them.
Started with tiling behind the log burner which was a bit of nightmare as it was an after thought what would go behind it, ideally you want it tiled before it goes in. 800x800 tile, gold trims and beige grout used on this fireplace.

Moved on to the decorating, couple coats of white emulsion on the ceiling then papering of all the walls, plain paper on 3 and a tartan paper as the feature.
Customer will be happy when they come back from holiday to a completed job.

Decorating job recently completed for B&R Builders.
An old farm cottage with a newly plastered hsl, sealed and finished in Dulux trade vinyl matt. All woodwork including old stained skirts and facings and new replacement pieces done with 2 coats of Bin primer and 2 coats of Everal Aqua 10, which is quite a flat eggshell.
Into the bedroom which had a fair bit of mould in it, underlying issue had been sorted which was a bunch of bird nests in a disused chimney breast. Painted the whole lot in oil based undercoat to seal those water marks and then also finished in Dulux trade vinyl matt.

A job to post! I've had this one booked in for a couple months so needed to make sure I finished my kitchens for the wee...

A job to post! I've had this one booked in for a couple months so needed to make sure I finished my kitchens for the week on Wednesday so I could go into this Thursday/Friday.
Customer wanted it all redecorated after their floor had been sanded and oiled. Change of colour to this large sitting room, nice neutral colours chosen from the farrow and ball colour chart and then a white satin on woodwork from Tikkurilla. Looks great and ready for furniture to go back in.

Not posted in a while mainly because I forget either before or after pics of the jobs I'm doing 🙄I'm also now on a contract for a wee while where its very much the same stuff getting done over and over again, same tiles same trims same grout working for Alpha projects and Angus council. Some pics of various stages of kitchens....

Well that's the Christmas break over with and time to get back to work! Starting the new year with a bedroom and dining ...

Well that's the Christmas break over with and time to get back to work! Starting the new year with a bedroom and dining room, sort out the burst ames taping and some fresh colours getting added in after that.

Cracking transformation on my job this week, Ran out of time in the normal week as some parts took a little longer than I expected so it was a half shift on a Saturday to paper the feature wall in hall. Just finished it and you've got to admit the paper looks amazing against the black woodwork!
You know you've left your customer happy when they hand you a bottle of Goose at the end 😃

Media wall painted last week. Finished in Dulux Jasmine white. A freshen up of the rest of room, which is a home bar in a stunning house, with a full coat of paint also. 2 TV's to go in here for maximum amount of football getting watched. Fantastic!
