Q- How thick does my puddling clay need to be to line my pond?
A- 8" (or 20cm) depth of clay is usually sufficient but for larger ponds up to 40cm could be needed.

Puddling clay is non-toxic and can be used for fishing pools as well as ponds.

Woodfields Puddling Clay can be bought in handy 15kg bags for repairs or top ups as well as loose by the lorry load for larger jobs.
