It is our 5th Birthday, 🎂we want to mark the occasion as we are a small family run business and we are really proud of what we have achieved in the past 5 years.
Firstly, we want to thank all our customers for booking and using us, without you there would be no RKM. We really do appreciate every booking, every review, every engagement with our posts and everyone who passes on our details to new customers.🩶
Running a business is hard work as many of you know, we have had some incredible achievements, going from when we very first started with one Grab that was for Ross to run and work on, to now two Grabs and one Tipper. We have and are continuing building up our reputation with our amazing service that we give each and every customer.
We have also had some really low times, 😭when waggons have broken down or needed some real costly repairs, which as a small business: the cost of repairs along with having a waggon off road and not earning is a really scary time, it is also very frustrating when we have lots of customers wanting to book us and not having the capacity to cover it all as we are a waggon down. However in those moments, we have seen a glimpse of hope when our lovely customers understand and say “don’t worry just fit me in when you can, we don't want to use anyone else” - that is the moment when we breathe and think it’s going to be ok, just keep on looking forward!
We are really excited for what the next 5 years hold for us, we have lots of different goals and hope to grow our business further - so watch this space! 🥳
