What an unbelievable garden!! 💥👀

Finished this one weeks ago at the back end of the summer, originally it was never going to be anything like this but as time went on with a few design tweaks and ideas this all came to life!!

▪️200m2 of 600x900 Porcelain paving
▪️35m2 of Rustic Split face wall tiling
▪️Triple bladed tiled water feature
▪️8m Frameless glass Balustrades
▪️125 linear metres of Granite edging blocks
▪️130m2 of Turf
▪️100+ metres of Bullnosed tile edging
▪️LED underlighting and wall mounted lights
▪️16 bays of Charcoal composite fencing
▪️Bamboo fencing stripped back and extended
▪️KL kerbs extended and spotlights mounted
▪️Polar Ice gravel added throughout
▪️45m2 Resin driveway to the rear

Massive thanks to the lads at SW construction for coming in and doing all the block work, over 1600 blocks went in in total once all the footings were dug and poured! And big, big thanks to Ken and Martin for installing all the electrics.

Finished this one last week! The customer had done some work in the garden himself and wanted someone to come in and install the paving and drainage properly!

45sqm of Smooth Kandla Grey porcelain paving with step up to lawn also clad and copings added.
2 inset manholes installed for a clean and tidy finish.
Aco drainage installed all the way around the house to prevent any water issues given the fall of the garden.
Channels left for LED lighting strips to be installed by the customer all along the lawn side of the patio.

A big push the next couple of weeks to get an absolute monster completed that we've been working on the last 3 months around all other projects, keep your eyes peeled 👀👀

50sqm of Autumn Brown sandstone finished off last week 🌟
Old clay drainage had collapsed underground so this was all dug out and replaced initially as well
Small retaining wall installed and new steps built and clad with the same slabs to match.
Another mega happy customer, another 5⭐️ review! 🙌

50sqm of Rolawn Medallion premium turf laid recently ⭐️🍃

The old lawn had seen better days despite the customers best efforts, we came in and completely dug out the old lawn, 5t of topsoil added and levelled, and then new turf laid!

Another fencing job completed, 10 bays of concrete posts and gravel boards with 5ft full framed featheredge panels installed, and 8 3ft full framed panels installed into the existing brick pillars to replace the rotting panels already in place.
Another extremely happy customer whose garden is now fully secure for her 3 dogs.

Completed this Pergola Archway, Trellising and Brickwork recently.
One side had subsided and started to collapse and all the existing timber work was rotting away.
New Pergola archway built to fit, wall stripped back in places, new footing installed and then relaid, blue brick header course installed, and new Trellising to match the original design as close as possible, whilst adding a touch of colour and contrast! ⭐️

Another little job with a big difference! ⭐️
Lovely looking composite wall topper installed to add curb appeal to the front of the property.
A few bricks on the header course had come loose so these were all relaid and repointed before installation.
Another client more than happy with the end result!

Porcelain pathway and steps completed this week, old slabs removed, and new porcelain tiles laid and wet grouted.
A sophisticated upgrade to a plain looking front garden! ⭐️ what a difference!

Another lovely fencing job down this week! 🌟

5 Bays across the rear of the garden to provide some privacy from the school field, and then another 8 bays to replace a rotten featheredge fence further up the garden!

Everything done by the book as usual, all posts 2ft into ground, 2 bags of postcrete per hole, another quality long lasting installation!!
