Edesign Architecture & Planning are pleased to announce an opportunity for an Architect or Technologist with good technical ability to assist with the growth of the Practice. It is a great opportunity for aspiring professional to develop their skills and abilities in a growing local practice.
The role initially will require good technical drawing and construction detailing skills as well as the ability to work independently with the support of our team. Good knowledge of AutoCAD and modern construction techniques will be required. Good design skills desirable as well as good interpersonal and organisational skills. You will be expected to perform building surveys, prepare planning and building warrant applications, drawings, specifications.
A clean driving licence preferable and good references essential.
The role is office based in Ayr for a permanent position which will be confirmed following the successful completion of a 6 month probationary period.
