🏠This project involved a front and rear extension together with internal remodelling, bringing the front of the property forward in line with the garage and creating a much larger kitchen / dining area to the rear.
🏠The aim was to improve the layout, add more space for the family, and give the house a more modern, balanced appearance while keeping it in character with the existing property.
🏠As part of the design, we produced a full photorealistic 3D render, allowing the client to see exactly how the extension will look before any building work starts.
This gives complete peace of mind, as the client can make sure the design looks exactly how they imagined it before the planning application is submitted.
