Hello to all my lovely followers, I need to ask everyone a favour please?
Out of the blue there is 3 bad reviews left on my page from people I've never heard of. They also don't seem to have much of a profile..... maybe last weeks crazy trying to get to me again, who knows.

I'd just like to ask if you guys could report these reviews as false information please.
They can do so much damage and for what?

Garden tidy today for a lovely new customer.

Large lawns front and back strimmed and mowed.

All hedges and bushes trimmed and shaped.

Large fence line strimmed.

Small area of dirt in lawn lightly rotavated, compost, seed and top dressed.

Popped up to the chapel at Bagillt cemetery to give it a bit of a refresh.

Weeded the borders either side of the entrance path, then filled the space with some flowers.

Strimmed and mowed the surrounding lawns and used the blower to get rid of all the debris and leaf litter on the ground.

The place looks stunning again now 👌

Hi everyone, I've seen a post about me doing the rounds and just want to address this now before any more damage is done.
The woman in question had asked me to do her lawn before she got back from a trip, I agreed and said I would do it.

I have a full time job 4 days a week and do the gardening the other 3. While I was at work the woman rang me, I couldn't answer as I'm unable to in my other job. The phone rang, then rang again, then again, 7 phone calls in as many minutes and multiple messages. (Whats app, messenger and even put posts up asking if anyone had seen me!)

Now I'm not soft but I won't take that, I don't want to be harassed and this was BEFORE the grass was even due to be cut, not after.

This woman lives over 15 miles away from Bagillt / Holywell but has joined these groups purposely to attack me and say some things that aren't true...

I didn't just block her for no reason, I did that after all the calls and messages I received BEFORE the job was due to be done.

She has said that she's seen I have let down many people, this is completely untrue, she's made this up.
I will openly admit that I do sometimes struggle to get to people as I am so busy with 2 jobs and a family to look after but I don't let people down and always go the extra mile when I can.

A bad review has been left on my page which is devastating as it was perfect but it wasn't even her that left the review, she had a friend do it for her which I don't think is fair at all.

I've even seen comments on these multiple posts she's put on various groups where people have thanked her for making them aware and that they now know to avoid me, thats so damaging, I've never had anything like that since I started the business.

The top and bottom of all this hate is that a possible customer harassed me before a job was due to be done, so I blocked her. Thats all thats happened. Thats literally it!

Yes I understand that it might not have been fair on her and I don't like to let people down but the way that this has gone is a complete over reaction.

Just want to give a thanks for all my customers and all the page followers for your on going support 🙏 thank you so much...

I hope this is now the end of the situation.
