🏠Another Attic conversion completed by the team 🏗

🟠 We started this project by rounding ceilings and walls into one using Carlite bonding.

🔵 All walls and ceilings were then completed by using Carlite finish.

🟠 block walls we used carlite Hardcoat, a material that equivalent to sand/cement but has the luxury of skimming over the same day.

🔵 All walls and ceilings completed with Carlite finish

🏠 The oak beams makes this project stand out to a high finish🏗

🏡Home office and garden walls completed recently by the team🏡

Internal - supply and fit job

🔹️ 100mm insulation and plasterboard tacked

🔹️ sand and cemented base coat on all walls

🔹️ ceilings and walls were skimmed with carlite finish

External - client wanted K-rend

🔸️walls and pullars scratch coated

🔸️office walls and pillars with finished with polar white

🔸️garden walls finished with fintory stone to help match the wall and pillars caps

🏠House in mid-ulster recently completed🏡

🔷️inside

🔹️old end of house was all plasterboarded ready for skimming

🔹️new end was sand/cement base coat

🔹️ All ceilings and walls were skimmed with carlite finish

🔶️outside

🔸️old end of house was chipped of 1st by client then we came and gave light Scud coat

🔸️whole exterior then sand/cement scratch coat

🔸️ Exterior was then sand/cement rubbed finished with sponge on top

This is an excellent house this client has, clean and crisp finish.
