This is a fast-moving site with handovers taking place on a weekly basis, and its great to see the development coming together so well 😃 These homes have a fantastic finish, both inside and out, with real attention to detail throughout 😍

Credit to everyone involved on site for keeping the works moving and maintaining such a high standard throughout the project 👏

The crane was busy on site yesterday in Holywood, off-loading and positioning concrete slabs for one of the new homes currently under construction. Precision planning, safe lifting, and solid teamwork keeping the project moving forward efficiently 👏🏗️

Family gives us the motivation to work hard, build for the future, and keep moving forward together. We're lucky to not only be a family at home, but to work together every day as well 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Of course, working with family comes with the occasional disagreement..... but we are proud to say the fall outs are kept to a minimum most days! 😂

Family is at the heart of everything we do, and we wouldn't have it any other way 😃

Another big day on site as the crane arrives to erect the next timber frame kit 🏗️🏠

For those interested in the technical side, this timber frame system has been precision-manufactured off-site, allowing for rapid installation and improved accuracy. Panels are delivered with pre-cut openings and integrated structural elements, reducing on-site waste and ensuring consistent quality 👷

The crane plays a crucial role in safely lifting and positioning each section into place, helping the team achieve a fast, efficient, and structurally sound build 👏
