This living room was the final part of this clients house to be modernised and it certainly needed it. Old swirly ceilings and speckled walls, only 2 plug sockets to service the whole room, old brown brick fireplace with false wood flute and a worn out floor.

• Joining wall chipped back with sound proof insulation added and full re-skim all round.
• White ceiling and woodwork, Neutral walls and media wall finished in farrow and Ball - Hague blue.
* Electric work completed by our go-to Electrician.
* All demo and plaster work completed by Connor McBride Plastering & General building.
* All painting completed by Matthew Smyth Painting & Decorating
