House refurbishment completed by ourselves recently again

Walls lined with insulated plasterboard and re plastered

Double doorway to kitchen bricked up to allow for extra units and fridge space.

Floors self levelled

New kitchen supplied and fitted

New front and back door along with internal doors supplied and fitted

Wall built at front and new steel railings supplied and fitted to match existing

Garden dug up and levelled

Dwarf Wall added and new concrete path to rear step and handrail supplied and fitted along with small fence to side and gate to close rear area.

Another flat refurbishment carried out by ourselves recently

New kitchen and bathroom suppied and fitted new internal doors pvc floor tiles and vinyl.

Flat painted to client spec

House refurbishment completed by ourselves at DD building services recently

House had previously had a leak in bathroom. Old lead pipe work. Causing floor to collapse and rotted bottom of stud work.

Walls stripped back to brick and re plastered

Floors dug out and insulated

New flooring joists and studs

New pvc windows suppied and fitted

New kitchen and bathroom suppied and fitted as requested.

Front and rear gardens tidied

New path ways front and rear.

Quick update on a few of our recent jobs and current on going work. 🔨🪚

We were contacted by a new client this week in reference to one of his rented property’s. Bedroom and hall floor squeezing badly. Ask if we could lift floor add more bridging. Floor lifted, bridging glued and screwed. New 22mm chipboard flooring also glued and screwed. No more squeaky floor. Skirting refitted job left clean and tidy Thanks again for your custom.

Old soft wood cladding had seen better days. Cladding removed and backing plywood replaced. New Siberian larch cladding supplied and fitted. Window sills and surrounds machined and replaced with Siberian larch.
