Ive worked under god knows how many kitchen sinks and they are almost always a rats nest of plumbing...making the cupboard near useless...
Fitting a kitchen with attention to detail...and a cupboard that can be lived with for years.
Includes a 'Surestop' water mains switch and behind tge access panel isolators for the tap and a new outside tap....dishwasher and washing machine also plumbed with same care.

New meets old ...this stone tiled roof is in great condition but the previous installation of uPVC twin wall gutter had sagged and couldn't be supported above the window ...right where the stone tiles protuded more at the eaves. The result was water would running and overshoot the guttering and waterfall in front of the window. To alleviate this we agree a plan and I fitted a bespoke rainwater diverted to help keep water flowing into the gutter.

From time to time I get asked to assemble furniture including this type of Ottoman bed. As with this one, I always advise the owner on care in use and having an additional prop place and support after its been lifted. There have been deaths in the UK from the support gas struts failing and the owners being trapped.

After a Stormy and busy weekend ...today included putting a smile on 3 homes.
1) Commissioning the wifi control on a plinth heater (Consort) I had installed. The Plinth heater is controlled by a wifi heating controller (that looks just like a normal digital controller you might have for your central heating) but this is also controlled through the Consort Connect app on a smart phone.
2. Make and install some low level gates to help keep little people from tumbling down some steps. The style matching those present with all the timber with a soft routed edge.
3. Replacing a basin and refitting a mirror. The mirror had originally been stuck on the wall with adhesive pads by the original installer but when these gave out the mirror fell into the basin and cracked it...amazingly the mirro survived.

The tiny ...and I mean tiny!... sink that had been installed in this WC was pretty useless ...fill it with water to wash...

The tiny ...and I mean tiny!... sink that had been installed in this WC was pretty useless ...fill it with water to wash your hands put a hand in and all the water is displaced onto the floor! The new Grohe wall mounted sink was fitted with a low level trap so that it could be kept as low as practical ....sealed it just needs a splash back to be fitted...a new tap replaced the tired one that had been on the tiny sink.

H. asked me to improve the look of the storage above a built in cupboard with dipped and stripped pine doors. I managed to find a full size door with similar patina and was able cut down and joint to the right size and style. Framing was also from the door.

Making the most out the lobby space with textures and design in harmony with the surrounding features. All bespoke the cabinet has routed joints throughout to keep all the lines clean.
Some finishing to mid oak and painting left do once the style of coat hooks has been selected.
