🔹 Replaced soil stack air vent
🔹 Straightening an external vent grille

All completed in time for the painter to freshen up the outside of the property.

🚿 Call Out for Immersion Heater Not Working 🚿

Called out through a local estate agent to investigate an immersion heater fault.

The issue turned out to be a burnt-out switch fuse carrier. Rather than replacing it like-for-like, I upgraded it with a runback timer boost switch.

✅ The tenant can now choose exactly how long the immersion heater runs for.
✅ No more worrying about accidentally leaving it on all day.
✅ Better control and potentially lower energy bills.

Luckily, I had one in the van ready to go! 🤚

We’re currently carrying out the electrical installation on this stunning setup, featuring:

✨ 12x mini dimmable spotlights
✨ LED strip backlighting behind the TV for that perfect ambient finish
✨ Client supplied switches and sockets
✨ Also keeping the peace with painters and have the lights pulled down ready for its lick of paint 🎨
