Call out to a snagged up curtain - turned out the door was ready to fall to the floor,

Snagged caused buy the motor falling apart but to make it worse the customer tried to use thee motor to in snagg it resulted in ing one the barrel and curtain become unattached

Manged to sort this within a few hours of taking the call
( stone work is a different issue)

Remember!!! to Be always present when operating your doors and strange noise or issues stop using the door and get in touch
