Office room completed in Nottingham. 🎨
Light prep as it was a new build.
Apple a day 🍎 in Johnstones acrylic durable Matt.
7 coats this took 🙈 I’ve never done a red in less than 5.
Same colour on the woodwork in Aqua Guard.

Bedroom finished in Thurnscoe.
Materials supplied by the customer.
Skirtings fitted. Room prepped & painted. 🎨
Finished in a pink colour. Valspar paint.
White satin on the woodwork. 👌

It’s getting to that time of year again. ☀️
So I’m trying to fill my summer calendar with some quality exterior work.
My favourite part of the industry is restoration. 🔨
Need any at height joinery & painting repairs?
Do you have old wooden gutters that need a little TLC?
Facias & soffits. Barge boards. Sash windows. Rotting sills.
Either chop out & repair or a whole replacement.

Big bay window was stripped back completely.
I burned off all the old paint. Fitted new glass.
Glazed with putty. Wood knotted/prepped & painted. 🎨
Finished in an off white farrow & ball exterior eggshell.

Full redecoration & repairs at this property in wombwell.
Painted throughout. 🎨
Kitchen worktops sanded & 2 coats of osmo oil.
New door handles, latches & hinges fitted to 5 doors.
All re-hung & in working order through the property. 🔨
New pedestal sink fitted in the bathroom.
Along with replacing damaged tiles. Pipe boxing adjusted.
Painted & sealed.
Garden wall topping stones were all loose & needed cleaning up an re-bedding.
Front & back of the property jet washed.
Skip filled. Jobs a good en 👌

Media unit & Lounge re dec over in Manchester.
Lots of prep/patching up.
Its always nice to follow a decent joiner 👌
Unit finished in oil eggshell. Portland Stone mid.
Romo paper in the backs & wall aside.
Popped the fire back in & dressed it. Tv hung. Job done 👍
Osmo on the butcher block. ❤️

Staircase transformation at this property in Scissett.
Stripped, prepared filled/sanded all walls lined & painted.
Paper below the dado. White satinwood on woodwork.
Lamp black oil eggshell handrail & door
Walls were dropping to bits. Hairline cracks everywhere.
Old lathe n plaster walls. 200 year old property.
Made good the best i could with what i was given.
Think i used 50kg of easy fill 🙈
The whole thing should’ve been a re skim.
But thats not my decision to make.
So i lined with 2000 grade. This was a good few years ago.
Before wallrock took over.
Treds, risers & stringing made good for a runner carpet.
Turned out well in the end 👌

Bedroom/hall wallpapered at this beautiful property in Barnsley. Romo paper, went on a dream. 👌
Inez pattern in what i think was charcoal grey.

Lounge completed in pen*stone.
Coffer ceiling plastered.
Lots of prep/patching up.
Walls, panelling & unit all hand finished. 🎨
Not sure on the wall colour.
Unit & panelling Portland stone

Staircase painted in Mexborough.
Lots of preparation. Customer is having a runner carpet down the middle. So it had to be right.
Finished in oat biscuit oil satin.

Runners were originally for cost efficiency & to protect the stone or wooden staircases from damage. Also it’s warmer under foot. I Usually find them in Edwardian & victorian homes.
Nowadays it’s like a fashion statement that only wealthy households have.

Excuse the blobs on the blue. I had a dirty camera 😅

Small repair job on this en suite in Holmirth.
Floor cleaned/prepared new ply & re tile/grout & silicone in shower tray.
