Hi Steve

Our committee members have all asked me to write to you to thank you for the excellent way that you completed the building of our extension. We are very pleased with the outcome and the way that you enabled the hall to be used throughout. It was also very useful that you were able to complete your work within your quotation. This helped a lot and enabled us to include a few extras, some of which were suggested by you, which has made our hall even more useful and attractive.
