New downlights and under cupboard lights and oak laminate flooring. Hot tap for instantaneous hot water. Finished with white Belfast style sink and chrome hot tap and rustic black handles. Tiled with forest green metro's and light grey grout and brushed steel trims. Door frame removed and plastered.
