Another week, and that’s another garden renovation ticked off ready for summer! 📅✅

Brand new patio area, using ‘Roman Beige’ porcelain paving slabs 👌🏻
Re-shaped, wider pathway lined with hand cut sandstone 🧱
Newly formed flower beds 🌺🌼 and grass areas (customer opted for top soil/seeding, so the grass will fully grow through in due course ⏳)

Recently completed front garden/driveway alteration in Burbage..

Existing front garden (grass, greenery and brick wall) completely removed and replaced by additional driveway area (using w**d control membrane and Type 1 hardcore stone) to create extra parking space for the customer whilst ongoing building work is completed on the property 🏠🏗️🚘

Accessibility ramp we recently built for an elderly lady in Hinckley (ironmongery hand rails to be installed) ♿️🧱

Sometimes it’s the little jobs that can be the most rewarding! 😁

Recently completed double storey side extension, in Hinckley.. 🏡😍

The extension (that pretty much doubles the size of the property) includes a spacious, open plan kitchen 🍽️ and a beautiful en suite master bedroom, complete with vaulted ceiling and roof lights 🛌

Alongside the extension (external rendering to be completed in the coming weeks) we re-roofed the whole house 🏠 and as an added little ‘Brucie Bonus’ for the customer, we also installed brand new fencing with slotted posts and fully framed feather edge 6ft panels 🪵

Windows/bi-folds were installed by C.Wheelers Windows 👏🏻

FYI, we don’t just do outdoor porcelain.. 🏠👀

Games Room/Utility Area completely covered, using 80 square metres of ‘Mustang Black’ 1200 x 600 porcelain tiles! ⬛️😍

Can’t wait to see the Games Room fully furnished, Sam Hollows.. ⏳

Old, patchy turf and rockery - stripped and removed 🗑️
Existing soil rotavated, new top soil applied, fresh turf laid ✅
Raised sleeper bed/border installed ready for planting 🪵🌷
