Lee was the only locksmith we contacted who would help. The tsa lock on our new suitcase wouldn’t open despite having the correct code. Lee was so obliging and helpful. He eventually had to drill the tiny lock but did so without damaging the suitcase. We had just arrived to spend Christmas in the UK and are so grateful to Lee for his professional service delivered in a friendly way! 😊
