4 bed full house freshen up
ready for new tenants

the walls had previously been painted with dulux vinyl matt in a portland grey the landlord wanted to stay with the same neutral colours so we went to dulux had the colour mixed to match

for the wood work we used leyland hardwearing durable eggshell

and ceilings had leyland super leytex brilliant white

Due to alot of contract work we haven't been very active on our Facebook but we are back doing our own thing and bringing people's homes back to there former glory I will be posting pictures of all our jobs we have been doing over the past few months over the next coming weeks please get intouch for a free quote

Here is a conservatory we recently decorated after our plasterer boarded the roof and plastered it all to a high finish and we did the decorating

We used leyland super leytex on the ceilings which is perfect for fresh plaster and on the walls we used valspar paint mixed to customers requirements

A few jobs we've been working on

A few pics of a house renovation were working on

Bathroom was fully stripped and replaced with a wetroom

We fully stripped the rooms called our plasterer to come skim the walls

Were now currently replacing the skirtings architraves and doors in oak

And we have laid engineered oak flooring

We have replaced all lights with downligths also replaced all sockets with new black nickel sockets

Built in sliding wardrobes fitted

Added an additional radiator in bathroom and hallway

Lots of work has gone into this project and its starting to come together now keep a look out for our finished pictures

Attic we converted for storage space

We replaced all the insulation with 200mm insulation for that added warmth we then boarded all the floor with chip board tounge and groove

We replaced the attic hatch with a larger one 1.3m in length so you can easily get large items upstairs we used the wooden folding stairs version as these are better for stability

We then fully insulated the roof and boarded it as to stop and dust or debree from the roof falling on customer belongings and installed a led 6ft light
