👋 Hi everyone, welcome to CB Property Maintenance.

I’m Christoffer, a local multi-trades maintenance worker based near Okehampton/Beaworthy with over 10 years’ experience in property maintenance, social housing and general repairs.

I cover a wide range of work including:

✔ Carpentry & joinery
✔ General property repairs
✔ Decorating & patch repairs
✔ Fencing & outdoor maintenance
✔ Basic plumbing & tiling
✔ General handyman jobs

🔧 Available from 1st July

I am currently looking for:
✔ Permanent part-time maintenance positions
✔ Ongoing property maintenance work
✔ Separate working days (Tuesday–Thursday preferred)

I am open to flexible arrangements, including working for multiple employers across the week (for example 1 day per employer / around 10 hours per week).

Own tools, transport and full UK driving licence.
