Loft hatch made bigger with a Werner loft hatch kit and loft boarded out for some real useable space.

New sliding sash windows had been installed throughout this property and the customer didnt want the plastic trims inside. The whole bay needed repairing and bringing back to level. I was told "I wanted it to look like its always been there". New deep sill and fully insulated paneling will do the job nicely. Only 5 more windows to go 😅
