Kitchen Living Dining Extension Belfast - A Full Turn-Key Transformation
This project involved converting a former garden area into a full open-plan kitchen, living, dining, and entertainment space, complete with a new ground-floor bathroom and raised outdoor patio, open-Plan kitchen & living Space.
The new kitchen features quartz worktops, heritage green cabinet doors paired with porcelain finishes, extra-tall larders, and bi-fold breakfast larders for maximum storage.
A central island unit forms the workspace, highlighted by a pendant LED light bar and positioned beneath an oversized skylight that brings in natural daylight.
A Quooker boiling-water tap is fitted at the sink, and appliances include an AEG hob with matching combi oven/microwave.
Pull-out storage bins and tiled floors complete the functionality.
The open-plan layout flows into a dining and entertainment area warmed by vertical designer radiators and a wood-burning stove to complete the cozy feel.
Full Turn-Key Interior Finish
All tiling, painting, plumbing, and lighting were completed by our team, including LED downlighting throughout.
UPVC anthracite-grey sliding patio doors with full floor-to-ceiling glazing maximise height and connect the space to a raised patio outside.
Ground Floor Bathroom
The new bathroom includes a low-level walk-in shower tray, dual shower controls, and a rain-head shower. A wall-hung vanity unit, wash-hand basin, WC, and mid-height tiled walls and floors define the space. Recessed niches provide practical storage, and a designer radiator completes the finish.
