Another busy week💪

It’s been a full-on week with 4 rooms bonded and skimmed, along with a couple of smaller plastering jobs completed in between.

Every job was completed to a high standard, leaving smooth, clean finishes ready for decorating, and every property was left clean and tidy.

Another room skimmed today💪

This job included a full re-skim of the walls and ceiling, along with finishing around the window.

Another couple of small plastering jobs completed👌

Two separate patch repairs completed — one in Bangor and one in Newtownabbey.

Both areas were properly prepared, repaired and blended into the existing walls to leave a smooth finish ready for decorating.

Another job completed✅

This one included re-skimming two ceilings – a main bathroom ceiling and an en-suite ceiling – leaving both with a smooth, modern finish ready for decorating.

We also carried out repairs to the walls where previous work had been removed, ensuring everything was left flat, clean and ready for the next stage of the renovation.

Bathroom plastering completed! 🚿👌

Another bathroom ready for the next stage of the renovation.

This one required plenty of preparation before the plastering could begin. After the old suite was removed, I repaired damaged areas, filled chases and patched sections of the walls before giving the room a full two-coat skim. The ceiling was also skimmed to leave a smooth, modern finish throughout.

Everything was left flat, clean and ready for the bathroom fitters to continue with the installation.

I always take the time to prepare surfaces properly, because a quality finish starts long before the final trowel.

Kitchen refresh completed today! ✨

Today’s job involved bringing this kitchen back to life and getting everything ready for the finishing touches.

The old patterned ceiling was re-skimmed to create a smooth, modern finish, completely covering the dated texture. Around the newly fitted kitchen, I skimmed all the exposed wall areas where the old tiles had been removed, leaving everything ready for decorating.

As always, I made sure the job was left clean and tidy once the plastering was complete.

Another transformation completed! 👌

This wall had seen better days, with the old plaster cracked, loose and literally falling away from the brickwork.

The first step was to completely hack off all the failed plaster back to the original brick. Once the wall was cleaned up, I applied an SBR primer to ensure a solid bond before plastering.

I then redone the wall using Hardwall, before finishing it with a smooth skim coat ready for decorating.

A lot of preparation goes into achieving a quality finish, and taking the time to do it properly means the new plaster will last for years to come.

Kitchen prep completed today ready for the new kitchen to be fitted. 👌

This one needed a fair bit of preparation before the skim could go on. I bonded out and filled all the chases left from the electrical and plumbing work, straightened up the walls where needed, then gave everything a fresh skim to leave a smooth, flat finish ready for the kitchen installers.

It’s the preparation that makes all the difference to the finished result, and this one is now ready for the next stage. 💪

Bathroom renovation completed today. 🔨

This bathroom needed taken right back before the plastering could begin. All of the existing plasterboard was removed and the room was completely re-boarded, creating a solid new surface throughout.

Once the boarding was finished, I skimmed the ceiling, walls and window reveals, leaving the room with a smooth, clean finish ready for decorating and the next stage of the renovation.

A lot of work goes on behind the scenes in jobs like this, but the transformation speaks for itself. Another happy customer and another bathroom brought back to life.
