Hall, stairs and landing

The customer wanted to keep the existing wallpaper, so we carefully secured and restored any loose areas to preserve its look.

Walls finished in Dulux Pebble Shore (matt), with all woodwork completed in a durable satin finish.

External walls and woodwork

Alot of effort was put into this one
All cracks around the house were repaired
All walls had sandtex white masonry
The fascias and soffets, side gate porch and windowsills were painted in ronseal black satin
The tiles on the front was painted in sandtex brick red with black masonry on the skirting

It was great to see the big difference and was very lucky with the weather.
It looks amazingly fresh and tidy.

Little bedroom

All the wallpaper was stripped with all walls fully repaired. There were alot of cracks which had to filled so alot of preparation work was needed. All walls were then painted in magnolia and the woodwork was painted in gloss. It made such a big difference seeing the change in this room. Very happy with the end result.

Living room

The ceiling had to be sealed with oil based undercoat due to it bleeding through. Once sealed it had 2 coats of white matt and the Woodwork was painted in gloss. All walls had alot of prep work. Very happy with the finish and it had a great choice of wallpaper

Outside of house and garage

All walls were fully repaired and painted in sandtex cotton belt masonry paint.

The garage door, side door and windows along with the fascia was all painted in black gloss

The gates was painted in black hammerite.

Lovely to see such a nice difference and it all looking very clean and fresh.

External decorating on this house.

All windows, fascias and soffets all fully repaired due to having wood rot in some places.
Facias painted in black gloss
Soffets and windows all in white gloss
The tiles around the bay and above the porch were painted in sandtex tile red.

Very happy and looking really nice.

Exterior masonry and Juliet balcony

All walls on the lower front and back painted in sandtex white masonry
Skirting in sandtex black masonry
Soffit was undercoated with a satinwood finish
Juliet balcony was done in black hammerite

All exterior walls with windows, fascias and eaves, pipes, balcony railings and tiles.

All walls had loads of various cracks to be filled and had sandtex white masonry applied
Th skirtings had black masonry
The windows had alot of rot which were all fully prepared and painted in exterior satin as with the fascias and eaves
The balcony railings were done in black hammerite
Tiles on the front of the property was done in brick red.

This was a very big project for myself but am so pleased with the end result. The Customer was very happy with it all.
