It was a frosty one last night 🥶 A reminder to bring in our favourite tender plants. My two Dipladenia will now live on my piano until next summer!

A reminder to check your box hedging for box caterpillars! They’re quite small right now so look carefully. They hide in between leaves that are webbed into cocoons so look for leaves or branches that appear to be stuck. It’s best to remove by hand or remove affected stems that are covered in the webbing. I find it quite satisfying finding and picking them out!
Damage done by the box moth caterpillars is often mistaken with box blight, but clear the plant of these little pests and it should recover.
