Just approaching completion on site with this large extension and loft conversion to a bungalow in Hertfordshire.
Photos will follow.
It has increased the value of the propertyby circa 30%. A very good investment.
Stay and extend rather than having to pay stamp duty and moving costs.

A rudimentary sketch speaks a thousand words !

Early stage concept sketches are fundamental to developing the brief.

Spending little time and fee, simple sketch plans provide a basic understanding.

This is a simple 2 hour sketch for a small development in the garden of a large house in Bedfordshire.

Well now, the hard drawn sketches seem to resemble the 3D work. Its is only a few hours work. However, it does show the client what they are getting in to ! I am am happy with them !!!
