Hi all happy new year

Just a little update for the areas we never got round to in December that wel be with you from next week these areas will be brombourgh eastham raby mere getting done first from 13th to 22nd January

Then wel be onto the beechwood and Meols Work from 23 to 31st of Jan
the rest of work won’t get done until February it’s always a bad start back in January with weather so it’s always hit and miss month

We started back at work last week on the 2nd Jan since then we have only managed to complete 2 days work due to the temps and snow etc making are water freeze up so it’s had impact on what we will get done again this month

Wel be playing catch up over the next few weeks but come February every thing will be back into a monthly pattern and wel be getting ready for a busy run up into spring

We have also take the decision to put our prices up £2 am working to cheap compared to other window cleaning company’s and I feel even with the £2 increase our prices are still one of the best and most affordable around not put prices up for 3 years and I just cnt keep working for as cheap as we are am getting no we’re haha

Hi everyone
Am not gonna get round to everyone before Xmas break up this year
I know the windows are horrendous after the storm and ideally everyone wants there windows doing again but December is a three week working month as we break up on the 23rd and I’ve got 4 weeks worth of work that am already a few days behind on
It’s just impossible to fit everything in

I totally understand it’s Xmas and everyone wants nice cleans windows but I just physically can not fit 4 weeks of work into 3 weeks
Goes dark early weather is sh*te and am trying my absolute best to fit as many as I can

Am losing out on money and tips by not getting round to everyone so it’s not ideal for me really aswell as the customers just is what it is this year guys

Been sh*te and very testing year for the business tbh and all I can do is try me best

I’ve had over 40 messages asking if am back before Xmas
All I can say is if i can get round I will and you will receive a message the evening before but for those people who I don’t get round to it will be sometime after Boxing Day or in the new year I need a break myself and spend some time with my family and enjoy Xmas

It’s windows it’s not that important really just one of them things that’s out of my hands when things go wrong or the weather is sh*te all this effects how far I can get and then ontop of that we have the storm dirt and it’s taking me double the time to do one house due to how dirty they are at the minute

I’ve had people message for inside window cleaning I used to do this but these last 12 months I have stopped doing any inside windows cleaning it take me to long and cnt charge enough for it so I lose out on money so we don’t offer inside cleaning for anyone no more don’t even do for my own family no more so please don’t be offended when I say no if you ask for insides to be cleaned it’s just not worth our time as I can do three jobs in the same time it takes me to clean one house insides

Prenton
Tranmere/ Claughton
Brombourgh
Wel try our very best to do what we can

Hi all I’ve had lots of messages asking me if I’ve stopped window cleaning completely
the answer to this is no am still a business and working my ass off every day

I’ve not stopped I’ve just had to cut back on some work in certain areas and just focus on my two bigger rounds which are taking me along time to get through on my own and after I’ve got through the two bigger rounds I’ve still had 3 weeks worth of work to get through on my own and it’s just become unmanageable hence the decision to cut back on a few things

The end of May my mate who works for me got run over and it’s been a long healing process he’s ok and on the road to recovery but taking longer than we both expected he will be back just not 100% sure when

I will contact you personally if your house is one the ones I can not continue to clean and then for ones I can keep on just bare with me as it’s taking me at least 6 weeks to get round the work and that’s with giving some up

Plus we’ve had a sh*te summer weather wise and it’s been half term so between everything these last few months have been a struggle ontop of that out household as been hit with the bug going round so we’ve all been ill this week so fell even more behind cnt catch a break haha

Hi all just a message to some of my customers who I usally get to at the end of month for there cleans am a little bit behind my work schedule because last week the weather was terrible and I hardly worked due to this and then this week I’ve been on holiday only got back today
So am around 8 days behind on my work so if your one of my customers who’s wondering we’re I am don’t worry wel be catching all work up through October so just bare with wel see you for your clean throughout October

For anyone wanting a new clean or to book us in it’s gonna be after the new year now
Purely with me falling behind on work and winter coming in meaning it’s gonna be impossible for me to take any new cleans on so i will be focusing on all my regular customers and getting my work schedule back on track

Hi this is just little message for any new potential customers looking to book us in am really sorry we are literally fully booked, rammed is an understatement and there is only so much I can do
i have recently brought two big window cleaning rounds that makes me full and i simply don’t have the capacity to take on any more new customers

Thanks for all my regulars for keeping me super busy you guys don’t know how much I appreciate it without you all this wouldn’t be possible
super proud of what I’ve achieved and
I can’t actually believe how far the business has grown in less than 2 years

For those asking for inside window cleaning it’s something I don’t have the time to do so am really sorry but we are outside window cleaners only so we won’t be taking on any inside window cleaning so please don’t take it the wrong way if you ask and I say no it’s purely down to just not having the time to do it

I Would like to wish all my customers a very happy Christmas 🎄
I appreciate all your support this year you have all kept me so busy and seeing my business grow daily am so proud of how far I’ve come already and it’s all down to you guys I can not thank you all enough hope you all have an amazing 2023 also

I start back up on the 3rd January so il see everyone again in the new year
