Newly installed Grundfos Hydro Multi pumpset for one of our commercial clients. This pumpset feeds all the WC’s on a large college campus. The previously neglected pumpset was running on one pump which was also leaking and on its last legs. One day turnaround. Happy client.

A frantic phone call from a large food production factory with water leaking from the ceiling directly onto the factory server room. A very old calorifier had pin-holed, drained down and made safe and ordered new bespoke gravity vented calorifer. Within several days, all back up and running and another happy customer which has led onto much more work. Out of several phone calls they’d made, 7 days was the quoted time to arrive to site to attend the leak, we were onsite within 15 minutes to make safe and protect the server room. Additionally we’ve installed the new calorifier on a drip-tray future proofing the server rooms should any issues occur. Thank you to for manufacturing this bespoke calorifier so quickly.

A RED panelled accessible wetroom recently installed in Chester for our lovely German friend Rose. Rose had certain requests (red red and more red) and we guided her also to achieve the wetroom of her dreams! Plenty of room to move around and also accessible for carers to assist. From the old bathroom which wasn’t useable to a now fully accessible and practical wetroom. Rose even loved the electric toothbrush holder on the window. We thoroughly enjoyed being in her home and loved the many German treats we were given daily. Thank you Rose. Enjoy 🤗

A fan replacement and vessel recharge on this light commercial install at a clients home. John, our technical service engineer has a 100% hit rate of diagnosing faults first time ensuring a speedy and cost effective repair. Additional little job to install an under sink water heater for an outside bbq area and fixing two internal continuously running toilets left us with a very happy customer.
