The former Moseley School of Art is a grade II* listed building and is currently on the English Heritage 'Heritage at Risk' register. Designed by the W.H Bidlake, it it is a rare example of Arts and Crafts architecture. The building opened as a school in 1900 and closed in 1975. It sits opposite Moseley Road Baths. Moseley School of Art is currently owned by the Moseley Muslim Community Associatio

n, who use the building for community events. It is also used by Moseley School of Art Association, a group of former students of the school who hold exhibitions and events in the building. A Heritage Lottery Funding bid is currently underway to raise money for restoration, repair and renovation work on the building. As part of this process public consultation has begun to find out how Moseley School of Art can best serve the community and those who will use the building in the future.
