PGE Ground Care Ltd is looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our growing team based in Alvechurch.

If you have 3+ years' experience in Grounds Maintenance, enjoy leading teams, and take pride in delivering high-quality work, we'd love to hear from you.

• Up to £35,100 DOE
• Company Van
• Private Health Insurance
• Up to 33 Days Holiday

As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a small team, delivering grounds maintenance projects, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and helping develop the next generation of operatives.

James Hackett has been part of the PGE team for over five and a half years and has played an important role in the continued success of our maintenance operations.

Having spent the last four years as Senior Maintenance Supervisor, James has now been promoted to Contracts Supervisor within PGE Ground Care Ltd.

In his new role, James will be responsible for carrying out site audits, supporting day-to-day team liaison, overseeing fleet and machinery, and working closely with clients to ensure an effective and efficient service delivery. His experience, practical knowledge and commitment to high standards make him a valued member of the team, and we are delighted to see him take this next step in his career with PGE.

We are pleased to announce the award of a significant new contract with William Davis Homes.

The project will see us deliver the landscaping for 180 new homes at the Gallows Hill development, adjacent to Warwick Technology Park, including all private gardens, public open spaces and the sales arena.

William Davis Homes has an excellent reputation for quality residential developments, and we are proud to have been selected to support the delivery of this flagship scheme.

The contract represents another important addition to our growing portfolio within the housing sector and reflects the confidence that leading developers continue to place in our teams, expertise and service delivery.

For May, we are proud to recognise an individual whose resilience, dedication, and positive attitude have truly stood out.

Over the past few months, Chris has faced significant physical and mental challenges, yet through it all, he has continued to demonstrate exceptional determination and professionalism. Aside from the times when he was physically unable to work, he has shown up every day ready to take on whatever task was asked of him.

From battling through some incredibly wet conditions to working tirelessly during the recent heatwave, Chris has consistently maintained a strong work ethic and positive outlook, rarely complaining despite the challenges.

His commitment, perseverance, and reliability have not gone unnoticed. He is a valued member of the PGE Landscaping team, a credit to our workplace, and thoroughly deserving of this recognition.
