Had a day of changing a old BS 3036 fuse board to a new Fusebox 11 way SPD and fitting 2 smoke detectors new circuit. Fantastic customer 😃

Landlords and homeowners, it’s time to check your electrical installation’s safety with an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR). Council guidelines require rental properties to be tested every five years or when tenants change. This should be done by a qualified electrician registered with NAPIT.

Recently, I conducted an electrical installation condition report on a commercial property. During my inspection, I observed a unique configuration of 4mm twin and earth cables connecting the main switch to the fuse board.
Replaced fused board, sockets and Rotary Isolator etc.
The owner was exceptionally friendly and appreciative of my knowledge and experience.
