Bicton Botanical Gardens and Castle Drogo.

So impressed with some of the species of plants that I took myself down to the garden centre to buy myself some new plants 🌱 ❀️

Before during and after.

I always like to use mulch on my customers garden. 🌱

It gives that finished look, helps retain moisture, suppresses the weeds and improves the soil.

So happy to see how well the new plants are doing too for this customer.

Removal of the box hedging. 🌱

Buxus hedging is so susceptible to box blight in our Devon climate that it can be hard to manage without treatment. Once it goes so far it will never return to its former luscious green.

My customer and I have been talking about removing this for ages and finally we went for it… only to discover a lovely bank of red stones and a potential area for a rockery.

Swipe to see the before….
