Full removal of old boarding ✅. This️ was all different levels, incorrectly laid and in some places resting on essential pipework ❌️

2 new hardwired LED lights with easy to access pull switch upon loft entry ✅️. No more extension leads ❌️

15m² of 170mm insulation top-up throughout the middle where insulation was squashed or missing to improve this homes energy efficiency ✅️.

132ft² of raised boarding added on a solid 4x2 timber subframe ✅️. This means no unwanted weight on the ceiling and no more resting on the pipework and a nice even and level area 👌.

72ft² of truss shelving to maximise the space on offer ✅️

Finally a 3 section aluminium ladder for easy access ✅️. No more step ladders ❌️

Upon survey it was clear a reposition was needed due to the existing loft hatch being in the eves.

No dodgey step ladder or limited and insufficient access anymore ❌️.

Safe, practical and simple access only from now on ✅️.

Although this customer has quite a large property their storage space was at a minimum so they decided to utilise the loft space putting all areas of their home to good use 👌.

Soon to be expecting a baby this couple were in much need of a practical storage solution. They opted to utilise their loft and put the space above their heads to good use 👌.

Wanting to put his garage to full use, this customer decided to utilise the hidden loft space 👌.

Upon survey there was no access at all to the space above so we made a hole and carried out an inspection.
