The customer could not sell the house due to expanding foam sprayed on the back of the tiles. We moved quick to remove all roof tiles battens and expanding foam and installed breathable felt 2x1 treated timbers new roof tiles new dry ridge system new dry verge and new lead around chimney stack. Now the customer can move forward with the process of selling the property. 😜

Another reslate job we did using existing slates and fitting new breathable felt and battens. The adjoining property had different size slates so we installed bonding strips to give it a cleaner look. New lead valleys fitted and ridge tiles bedded and pointed to keep that original look 😉👍🏽.

Breathable felt , new battens, keeping the original rosemary tiles replacing old ridges with new dry ridge, fit new sky light to rear roof and replace front bay roof with GRP. Lovely 😜
