Due to expansion we are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join us at AMS Heating and Plumbing.

We are seeking qualified and experienced plumbers to join a friendly and enthusiastic team based in Blackwood. You must have 3 years previous experience working within the plumbing and heating trade. You will be working in both commercial and domestic settings with the ability to work independently or as part of a team when required. The applicant must hold a full UK driving license and will be subject to a DBS check.
This is a Monday - Friday role

Here are the main duties your landlord must do to keep you gas safe:

1. Arrange an annual gas safety check with a qualified Gas Safe registered engineer.
2. Provide you with a copy of the Gas Safety Record before you move in and within 28 days of a check taking place.
3. Ensure gas pipework, appliances (provided by the landlord), chimneys and flues are maintained in a safe condition.
4. Install a carbon monoxide alarm and ensure these are working on the day you move in.
