Our daughter is starting her exams this week & has to be taken to sit them in Durham over the next 6 weeks which means our office may be closed in the afternoons from 1pm - you can still leave messages for us to pick up the next day at 9am and emergencies call outs will still be available.

Our daughter has broken her ankle over the weekend, so I will be working from home as much as possible. If our shop is shut please call the office number 01670353619 and your call will be answered.
We will try & have the shop open as much as we can.

🐣Just to let our customers know that during the school holidays our shop will be closed at 2.30pm every weekday & will not be open on Good Friday or Easter Monday , we will also be closed on Saturdays during the holidays - we will still have emergency call outs available for our existing customers during this time 🐣

Due to the government's most recent statement we will only be carrying out
******!! Emergency Works Only!!*****
Emergency works will be carried out only observing safe social distances for our engineers and your safety.
All servicing and non essential maintenance work will be rescheduled to a later date. All warranties will be honoured during this period . We thank you for your many years of support and hope to be back as soon as safely possible to do so. We hope you stay safe and stay at home.

Following government advice we are now working from our homes . We are still available for routine maintenance and emergencies .
