45 High Street, Puddletown We have recently received planning approval to erect a two storey extension to the south elevation of a well-sited bungalow in the village of Puddletown. A recommendation by our clients restoring The Myrtles adjacent to the idyllic River Piddle. A detailed laser survey was initially taken using our Leica total station, an essential tool when preparing technical drawings and structural schemes.

A new roof for probably the last cottage on Poole Harbour. Whilst most would consider knocking down for development this site oozed character and was well worth restoring! Extensive extensions and alterations have transformed this once small home, increasing living space by 90m2, designed, managed and constructed by us for one of our returning customers.. Hats off "literally" to our roofers for putting up with the elements!

Leveling started this afternoon at Conceptual Homes development in Sandbanks. The area had been used for storage and site accommodation so needed a good tidy up! A day surveying an untouched waterside cottage in sandbanks today.. Idilic setting with some interesting ideas to bring it into the 20th century! A good size to work with with a hidden breathtaking view behind that wall!! A week of architectural design, topographical surveys, arborcultural reports and site investigations! This project is a difficult one to cost plan, but with a strict budget we can accurately advise the client where their money is best spent in preserving one of the last cottage style homes on the edge of Poole Harbour!
