💙 WE NEED YOUR HELP 💙

This one is incredibly close to our hearts. Both Joe and I (Radley) are very close with Jenson and his family and, being parents ourselves, we know what they are going through is every parent’s worst nightmare.

For those who don’t know, little Jenson was diagnosed with a high-risk Medulloblastoma brain tumour in mid-November 2025, which had sadly spread to his spine. Since then, he has remained in hospital, enduring countless operations, chemotherapy, proton beam radiotherapy and ongoing treatment — yet he continues to fight every single day like the true little superhero he is 🦸‍♂️💙

Devon Buds are proudly donating all labour completely free of charge to transform the family’s garden. We’re simply asking for help towards materials so we can create a safe, fun and magical outdoor space for Jenson and his family.

Depending on Jenson’s recovery, he may be allowed weekend home leave within the next month or so, meaning we have a limited amount of time to pull this all together and surprise the family with something really special.

If you’re a builders merchant, local business, tradesperson, or simply someone willing to donate a few pounds, every single bit of help will go towards creating an amazing safe space for the whole family to enjoy together.

Turned an unusable space into a beautiful seating area making the most of the garden ✅
Beautiful oak planters to get those veggies growing ✅
Horizontal larch privacy screen ✅
Larch handrail with stainless steel wiring ✅
Beautiful new lawn ✅
Stunning 3m x 3m pergola with rotating roof and LED lighting ✅
Carefully designed oak sleeper steps ✅
Low-maintenance front area ✅

This project chopped and changed along the way, but we worked closely with our client throughout to make sure the finished garden was exactly what they wanted.

Check out this quirky courtyard transformation 🌿

Using 600x900 porcelain slabs from the Vitripiazza Cava Quartz range in “Lucio”, we’ve created a clean, modern space that feels bright and low maintenance 🙌

The bespoke larch feature wall with artificial planting adds texture and a real focal point 🌱

And to finish it off… we helped style the space with this stunning 4-seater table and chairs — bringing in that perfect pop of colour 🎨

A Large Fencing & Tarmac Transformation in Westward Ho 📍

This project involved:

Over 70 linear metres of feather edge fencing ✅
All installed using Postsaver sleeves on 4” posts for longevity✅
Full prep of new tarmac areas ✅
Geotextile membrane installed✅
Correct sub-base specification for vehicle parking✅
New drainage system installed✅
Finished and laid with fresh tarmac✅
All materials supplied and waste cleared from site ✅

From old and tired… to clean, sharp and practical — now with additional parking areas ready for everyday use 🚗✨

Check out this north-facing front garden & pathway transformation ✨
From dark, slippy, and unsafe ➝ to bright, open, and welcoming 🏡🌿

Every detail of this project was second to none — each curve, material choice, and design decision was carefully discussed with the client to achieve their desired coastal aesthetic 🌊

The result is an open, airy space that now allows loads more natural light into the house while being safe, practical, and low-maintenance all year round ☀️

Key features:
Clever use of oak sleepers for tiering ✅
600 × 900 porcelain slabs (Talasey Cava Quartz Lustre) ✅
100 × 200 porcelain setts edging a beautifully curved resin-bound pathway ✅
Retained existing palm trees ✅
Re-planted existing phormiums to soften the landscape and keep it established ✅

A perfect balance of structure, flow, and planting — transforming the front of the property both visually and functionally 🙌
