06.52am on a Friday morning, and a call comes in from a customer on the estate in who was unable to lock their front composite door, and was flying out to Spain at midday.
No problem !

✅ Door keeps adjusted, and door now locking and unlocking as it should

Friday morning, and we are back on the estate for a customer who was unable to open their rear french doors. No problem !

✅ Doors opened via non destructive method
✅ Old multipoint centre mortice mechanism removed, and a new euro conversion centre mechanism supplied and fitted.
✅ New euro cylinder fitted with three new keys.
✅ New white handles also supplied and fitted
✅ Doors cleaned down after the repairs

Can you imagine not being able to open your bedroom window over the last week in this heat during the night ? Well this morning we now have one very happy customer on the estate who will finally get a comfortable nights sleep tonight after we opened one of their bedroom windows for them, then repaired their window by supplying and fitting a new window mechanism ☀️☀️☀️

Tuesday morning in the rain for a customer who was hours away from going on their holiday, when they realised that they were unable to lock their rear uPvc door 🙈

✅ Door realigned and now sitting flush in the frame.
✅ Door now locking and unlocking as it should

Where has the last year gone !
I remember this as if it was yesterday 🥰. She still has this face, but now it’s her “Nope I’m not listening” face 🤩

Some of us have such a hard life !
Newbridge fields by 7.30am followed by a couple of lock changes in and - it’s only 10am and someone is asleep on her feet😴😴💤
