Customer updated their Worcester oil boiler due to age, we carried out a heat loss calculation and found the original boiler to be 15kw oversized!! So the correct boiler was selected for the property.

New Worcester Bosch Professional Danesmoor 18/25 was fitted with 28mm Worcester magnetic system filter, new Heavy duty pump due to long pipe runs and system flushed and cleaned.

New external soakway installed as previous condensate run was into a spetic tank which is not allowed.

All signed off with 7 year Guarantee and correct oftec building certificate

The customer had an old radiator system from 1960 that they wanted to keep due to all the pipework being inside the walls and the flooring being new throughout the house. Several other companies had told them it would be a complete new system as they wanted a combination boiler. We came up with a solution of a hydralic spilt system using a plate heat exhanger so one side could remain on gravity and the new Baxi UK combination boiler can work on the sealed side, this allows for heat to transfer without the water circuits mixing, we relocated the new boiler to the garage with new gas supply and Hive smart controls, the original system was flushed with Fernox chemicals to remove years of dirt and grime, new pipework installed with new pump and 22mm magnetic filter to keep everything clean.

Warmer weather here 🌞☀️ but we are still keeping busy! New Annexe system with underfloor heating for a customer that will be used occasionally, 4kw Electric boiler and telford unvented cylinder for nice fast hot water all fed from solar panels and battery storage.

And new Telford Cylinder to replace a faulty one that kept needing parts replacing due to failed internals, whilst being replaced customer wanted a new pump and zone valves due to age.
( we didn't cut the hole in the floor) 🤣🤣

Hi everybody, been a bit quiet on the socials, so here's a small selection of work that's been keeping us busy over the last few weeks! Seems to be the season for unvented cylinders, all replaced with Telford Cylinders and new controls and wiring as required.
