🌿 We're Hiring - Guildford 🌿

I’m looking for a reliable self-employed gardener to assist with garden maintenance work on a flexible, ongoing basis as the business continues to grow.

Work would mainly include:

• Lawn mowing
• Hedge cutting
• Weeding & border maintenance
• General garden tidying
• Occasional planting & soft landscaping

Ideal for someone who:

• Enjoys outdoor work
• Is reliable and hard-working
• Has some gardening experience (preferred but not essential)
• Can work independently once shown the job
• Ideally has their own transport

Initially, this would likely be around 1 day every 2 weeks in the Guildford area, with potential for more work going forward.

Competitive day rate (to be discussed depending on experience).

Based around Guildford and surrounding areas.

🌿 New Plant Alert! 🌿

Introducing the British Spaghetti Tree (Pasta arbor britannica) — traditionally grown in milder parts of the UK, but with recent weather shifts, it’s becoming more viable further south.

Best planted in a sheltered spot with good drainage, and ideally trained along a support while young to help it develop properly. Harvest usually begins early spring, once the strands have fully elongated.

Low maintenance once established and surprisingly reliable year to year.
