After the install of the supports for the both internal and external walls and for the ceiling joists for room above we have now moved into removing the walls where required and the install of 3 steels . Once these have all settled in and fixed in place onto padstones that will allow the supports to be removed bringing both rooms together creating and open planned kitchen / dining room .

We’ve hit the ground running since we started our second job of the year . Here we see a garage conversion and bringing the house and the garage into one . Knocking down the rear elevation wall , forming a new utility room and then transforming what was the old double garage into a kitchen , dining and living room area .

On this project we repaired and renewed the flat roof and coverings , removed flooring throughout downstairs including the kitchen .
We then carried out alterations to electrics and plumbing for new kitchen and dining layout , plastered and decorated , installed new oak engineered flooring throughout complete with high end kitchen .
