Some jobs are a pleasure to complete. This was a large job to make the patio and steps safe from a drop without spoiling views from the inside. Glass balustrades can be very expensive, but marine-grade stainless steel wires with soft-wood uprights are safe, much cheaper and look the business. These are topped-off with a 6" wide handrail, perfect for leaning on in the summer to enjoy the view.

Contemporary fencing for a newly refurbished property. Note the large brick raised planter which will make an amazing feature on the patio and create the ability to have mature planting with less need for artificial watering.

Here's something different, weaved sweet-chestnut fencing, will outlast normal fencing by years, won't get blown-over and looks wonderful.

Here's a mighty log-store, designed to show-off the beautiful stored wood and to act as a sight-screen for children's trampolines. Should be enough wood to last the winter - and possibly a few more!

Nice job in a really nice place. This is a raised planter designed for growing strawberries. It's made with French Oak sleepers to match the timber around the house and inside there's 5 tonnes of soil/planting medium, physical day with the wheel-barrow! The berries will burst out of this come the summer.

Loved this job. The customer needed to keep a cocka-poo safely in his garden. Timber fencing would spoil the view, chain link is OK for tennis courts, but not in your garden. We used a specially selected Deer fencing at 5 feet tall, we also super-treaed the posts with our formula to make them last longer and make them less visible in a woodland background.

How about a Chesterfield Style Scaffold-Board Bench and Woodstrore? Boom - here you go! This one will be treated with Linseed or Teak oil mixed with white spirit. Hard and Softwood cords will be cut this month to season underneath and this definitely won't blow around on the windy cliff-tops!
