The Chapel!
We were very excited to design and construct this unique building for our client.
All of our buildings are constructed on site as we find that this lets the design evolve in an organic process allowing for creativity to flow and design changes to be made, thus creating the perfect space unique to each client.
The chapel is a versatile work space, a place of relaxation and reflection for the family to enjoy.
The building is fully insulated with a working bio fuel fire place allowing for all year round use. The interior was designed to replicate that of a small Victorian chapel complete with the leaded windows we created ourselves for the client.

The Sussex Barn.
This was an absolute joy to build from my concept design for a wonderful customer in Henfield. Full planning was required as it sits pride of place at the front of the property, this fully insulated Sussex barn replica has replaced a rather inadequate old double garage.
The new building comprises of a carport, a multi purpose space with a mezzanine storage area along with a bike shed and re- landscaped garden around with bespoke steps incorporated into the retaining wall. The inside was finished to replicate an oak timber building! Thanks for looking!

We were delighted to accept this rather daunting challenge for the Brighton open air Theatre.
The task? Replace the entire weathered Douglas fir seating and steps.
The task took us around 3 months to complete whilst battling the weather over last autumn and winter. During this time we also altered the ends to some rows to allow great wheelchair access and cast all the steps in concrete to give this wonderful venue security for the future. in all some 10 tones of concrete was cast and over 550 oversized sleepers replaced!

If you have never been to this amazing venue.. you are truly missing out!

We had the great pleasure of being asked to design and build a woodland retreat Hassocks. This was quite a complex build in that the the location had minimal access and established trees and bushes we wished to retain.
We set about minimal clearing and tying the rest back until the project was completed, This way although trickier to build, the end result would give the building the instant look of having been there for years.
Working closely with the client we consulted and tweaked the build as it progressed to deliver the perfect cottage for them.

The building is fully insulated for use all year round with bespoke double glazed windows, all made made on site with the door adapted to be double glazed too! Electrics supplied and installed by Sparkles Electricians of Sussex. The building is also raised above the ground to avoid flooding which this area can be prone to in wet winters.
The building is approximately 2.5m x 3m.

A design and build bespoke garden office with store room and covered outside seating area laid with Indian sandstone. The office section has fully insulated roof, walls and floor, custom made on site double glazed windows and a heavy custom door to keep it snug all year round. The roof is fitted with wooden shingles.
