Part of this larve and plaster ceiling had fallen down we cut back until it was solid fitted new plaster board then patch plastered it then once dried out we returned it finished whole ceiling with fresh coat of paint

So many hairline cracks throughout this property we found the previous decorator had filled them with decorator caulk all these cracks was down to movement in the old property by surrounding large trees so we cut the lot out applied scrim tape to cracks to give it a bit more strength and made good the walls and ceilings
